Brycen Lombard was born and raised in Idaho, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a strong foundation in hard work and family values. He enjoys spending his time camping, fishing, and snowboarding, and believes that family is at the center of everything he does.

After graduating from high school, Brycen pursued a career in the mechanical field, furthering his education at Idaho State University where he then worked as a diesel mechanic, specializing in heavy equipment. This hands-on experience built his problem-solving skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Brycen later transitioned into the roofing industry through his wife, Clara Blue, whose family founded and owns Blue & Blue Roofing, Inc. Together, Brycen and Clara represent the next generation of leadership, committed to continuing the company’s legacy while driving it forward.

Brycen is passionate about education, professional development, and strengthening the roofing industry as a whole. He is actively involved with RCAW (Roofing Contractors Association of Washington) and values the opportunity to connect with other professionals, foster collaboration, and support the growth and integrity of the industry. He is excited to contribute to RCAW’s mission by helping bring industry professionals together and promoting ongoing learning and excellence.
