Are you aware of L&I’s rules when it comes to reporting hours worked for your employees?
A division of a single employee’s worker hours SHALL NOT be permitted between two standard exception classifications or between a standard exception classification and a basic business classification.
For example: if you have a driver who has been driving 6 hours, then gets on the roof for 2 hours, you MUST report their hours under the HIGHER risk classification.
