Board Meetings
The Roofing Contractors Association of Washington's Board of Directors is comprised of contractors, manufacturers, and distributor members of the Association duly elected by the membership for a three-year term. The Board of Directors follows the Bylaws of the RCAW to administer the work of the Association on behalf of the membership in concert with the Executive Directors of the RCAW and the RCAW Staff.
Once a year, in September, elections are held to replace outgoing directors. If you are interested in becoming a RCAW Board Member or part of the Executive Committee, please contact Amanda Fields, Executive Director of RCAW via email at director@rcaw.com. Members are always welcome to audit Board Meetings and if you are interested in attending a Board Meeting, please contact the Executive Director at Director@rcaw.com so accommodations can be made, as space is limited. The RCAW Board of Directors meets ten (10) times per year on the 2nd Thursday of every month in person or virtually. 2024 Board Meeting are Currently Scheduled as follows:

On February 29, 2024, from 3-8pm will be vendor/booth set-up, including an EXCLUSIVE Networking Event from 6-9pm including an open bar, appetizers, and the live Billy Shew Band. Mingle with other vendors and roofing professionals before the big event. You will meet local, statewide, and national experts, all in the roofing industry who can support and help grow your business. Learn how to revitalize your company to the next level by consulting with potential clients, meeting leads and cheering on the roofing specialists who enter the Tradeshow looking to improve their business. Vendors should invite potential clients to this event and show them your commitment to the roofing community in Washington State.
Join RCAW on March 1, 2024, from 9am to 2pm, for our Pacific Northwest Regional (PNW) Tradeshow EVENT at the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington. Water, tea, coffee, and lunch provided (must RSVP). We have an exciting lineup of Educational Classes coming your way from Marketing, Working with Labor and Industries, Information about the Drone Industry, Legal and Safety Trainings. These classes will be held from 7-8am or 8-9am. Afterwards you can stay and attend the Tradeshow.
We are excited to announce a NEW event we will start, in partnership with GAF which is the RCAW FASTEST SHINGLE COMPETITION starting at 1pm (MUST be a 2024 RCAW Member to compete & only one person per company may enter) on March 1, 2024, at the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn. Calling enthusiasts and professionals get ready for the thrill of a lifetime! The stage is set for the ultimate showcase of speed, precision, and skill in the Competition. Whether you’re a seasoned roofer or a newcomer eager to test your determination, this Competition promises an exhilarating experience and a chance to demonstrate your roofing expertise. 2024 Annual Sporting Clays Competition

Tacoma Sportsmen's Club
Register yourself and 5 of the best skeet shooters you know, for the 4th Annual RCAW Sporting Clays Competition scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024, starting at 9:30am at the Tacoma Sportsmen's Club in Tacoma. Invite your crew, coworkers, family, friends and enjoy your last day of the week shooting skeets, and networking with numerous industry professionals. This competition is sanctioned and run by the Tacoma Sportsmen's Club and safety will be monitored and be top priority. We encourage you to bring your own shotgun, however, limited gun rentals are available (you must call ahead to confirm). This event is planned for a maximum of 60 participants in a competition which will drill down to the top shooters for bragging rights, hundreds of dollars, and trophy recognition. As you check-in, don't forget to purchase your raffle tickets to win amazing prizes.
When you're finished shooting and all gear is put away, talk with our table sponsors, mingle with other roofing professionals and absolutely, purchase more raffle tickets so you can win, one or more, of thousands of dollars in prizes. RCAW has exclusively reserved the 1882 Club which includes an all-inclusive delicious ball-park dinner, all-inclusive beer, wine, soda, and water. There will also be a full bar available for other alcohol purchases, exclusively in the 1882 Club. A personal concierge and professional hospitality will also be provided.

The Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW) and the National Women in Roofing (NWiR) have partnered together again to bring you the Pacific Northwest Regional Women in Roofing Day. RCAW has joined forces with the Seattle and Portland Chapters of the NWiR to produce a day of networking, hands-on education and a lot of fun starting at 8am. Vibrant speakers and a dynamic environment set the tone for this event focusing on women in all aspects of the roofing industry and their growing influence and success.
